Ensure City supported recreation sports teams are provided with quality facilities to practice and play organized games within Rowlett. Perform an extensive Athletic Field assessment and survey to determine specific needs, utilization rates, and improvement opportunities for the city sports fields. Develop and implement maintenance standards for field sports to be used on existing and future field development.
