• Head Teachers, Governors and Academy Trust Directors and Staff • Head of Property Services, Property Services Team, Chief Operating Officer and other Diocesan Staff • Head of Finance, Director for Schools and Colleges and Schools & Colleges Departmental Officer • Senior Clergy including the Bishop • Parish Priests External • Appointed consultants • Insurers and loss adjusters • Regulatory and statutory bodies (e.g. Department of Education, Local and national government and associated agencies) • Diocesan property and legal consultants and advisors • Suppliers and contractors
• Technical membership of a property related body such as the RICS or the CIOB or substantial experience in a similar surveying role Desirable • Educated to graduate level in property/building surveying related discipline
