Adaptive Yoga for Amputees We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Adaptive Yoga for Amputees session. Join us for a welcoming, beginner- friendly yoga experience designed for all bodies and abilities. These sessions focus on gentle movement, breathwork, balance, and relaxation, helping to improve flexibility, build confidence, and connect with others in a safe and supportive community environment.
