EVO WALES Membership Informa7on & Applica7on Form Mee7ng Frequency There is currently one mee0ng a week, online. We may return to live venue mee0ngs when it is safe to do so. If we do, the mee0ngs may become monthly or even bi-monthly - and could be a mixture of a ‘live venue’ mee0ng (with food) and also online mee0ng. Membership Fees (whilst online)
£99 per quarter, via direct debit £150 one-off joining fee
Prices are exclusive of VAT. If you complete this form on the day of your first EVO WALES visit, you will save £50 off the Joining Fee of £150 . This is a one-off cost and is payable once an applica0on has been approved. The price for the quarter (3-months), is just £99 . The membership fee is paid in advance via Direct Debit in GoCardless. This quarterly fee may rise when/if we can return to live venues to accommodate associated costs etc. It could be £175 or back to £199 a quarter as prior to lockdown. Minimum Membership Period There is a 6-month commitment to the Group for Members. It takes 0me for trust and reputa0on to be established - which leads to referrals and introduc0ons. Please note: The agreement is for a ‘rolling’ 6-months and we require 1-month’s wriTen no7ce via email to leave. If you don’t provide no0ce, the next 6-month’s payment/agreement applies. I understand and agree - 0ck here ATendance Prior to lockdown, research showed that the Members who a\ended each month’s mee0ngs got the best return on investment. We want EVO to work for you! Trust is built and referrals are made via frequent a\endance. When/if we return to live venues, Members who frequently miss mee0ngs a 6- month period (without providing a sub), will be asked to leave the group. I understand and agree - 0ck here

We like to keep things simple so prefer a simple agreement without legal jargon.
I ……………………………… ………………………………………… understand the terms of Membership - namely the fees (and likely increase when live mee0ngs resume), minimum commitment and no0ce period and commit to join EVO WALES in the spirit of collabora0on and mutual support that forms the ethos of the group. I agree to make full payment for the joining fee and the minimum two quarterly Direct Debits in a 0mely fashion and specifically understand and agree to the ‘auto renewal contract’ nature of the agreement and no0ce period required to leave the group prior to the minimum period ending. Lastly, I understand that business networking can some0mes take a while to ‘work’. As men0oned above, Members (and Visi0ng Guests) like to get to know new Members before sharing their contacts or making introduc0ons: and a\ending regularly is a good indicator of a good Member, as is punctuality and prepara0on. I agree to do my best to arrive on 0me: we may not grant entry to online mee0ngs to latecomers whilst online for technical reasons and respect to the Group and agree to stay the dura0on of the mee0ng (this, again, is for technical reasons to do with breakout mee0ng planning).
