Advancing Gilmour: Welcome to Lauren Bell and Grace O’Rourke Routhier ’08 We have two new members of the Advancement Department. Welcome to Lauren Bell and Grace O'Rourke Routhier ’08. Lauren Bell has joined the team as the Major Gifts Officer. She will also head up the Legacy Society planned giving program. Lauren boasts more than 15 years of fundraising experience at libraries, private schools and, most recently, as Manager of Stewardship and Special Projects at the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, Ill. Grace O'Rourke Routhier ’08 serves as the Alumni and Parent Engagement Program Manager. She joins us after working most recently as the Development Manager for the Harrisonburg (Virginia) Downtown Renaissance organization, where she was responsible for donor and sponsor relations, event management and the execution of their giving campaign. Her prior experience includes numerous years in the hospitality management industry, most notably in Beverly Hills, Calif. and Orlando, Fla.
