QUALIFICATIONS/ TRAINING
• Educated to masters level in a relevant property related discipline or equivalent industry experience, with membership of a professional body, e.g. RICS, RIBA, or CIOB or equivalent • Substantial Professional, Senior Managerial experience • Extensive relevant experience of management of Property Services and a successful track record • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant IT skills • Chartered Member of the Chartered Management Institute or be willing to commence this within first 12 months of employment • Demonstrable experience of managing and controlling budgets/resources profit and loss and an understanding of financial management procedures • Demonstrable track record of managing £multi- million capital projects • Experience of working with and influencing senior management • Ability to provide clear direction and inspirational leadership • Ability to plan and set objectives to deliver results through others • Ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines and to meet agreed targets • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills • Excellent motivator and communicator with demonstrable first-class relationship management skills and experience • Substantial knowledge of safe systems of work and the provision of statutory compliance relating to buildings, land, plant and equipment • Strong Team Player • Commitment to Diversity and promoting Equal Opportunities • Commitment to continuous CPD
