Today, Real West crafts thoughtfully designed homes across South Florida’s West Coast cities, meeting the region’s growing demand for high-quality housing. In an interview, Gonzalo Torres Ragot, President of Real West, reflected on the company’s growth: “We started with real estate investments and gradually moved into construction, first with remodeling, and then, in 2021, we launched our development company. From the beginning, we were driven by the desire to build homes from the ground up.”

Gonzalo explained the strategic shift that brought Real West to Cape Coral and surrounding areas: “We analyzed the market thoroughly and decided to focus on Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte. Gonzalo emphasized their philosophy: “We’ve always believed in starting small and building up step by step. Even now, our focus remains on single-family homes—a market we’ve known for over a decade.”
