• 1 large onion • 2 cloves garlic
Ingredients • 2 cup chicken broth • 1 can pumpkin purée • 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin • 3/4 tsp chili powder • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 1 tsp cayenne pepper • 1 lb ground turkey
• 2 cans green chiles • 2 cans white beans • sour cream • cheddar cheese • sliced radishes • fresh cilantro leaves
Directions Inaslowcooker,whiskbroth,pumpkin,cumin,chilipowder,cinnamon,and cayenne.Add turkey,mix tocombine.Fold inonion,garlic,chiles,andbeans, and cook, covered, until turkey is cooked through, 4-5 hours on high or 6-7 on slow. Serve with sour cream, cheddar cheese, radishes, and cilantro.
