What I did: • Worked closely with a real estate owner and specialist to understand local markets. • Developed a newsletter to distribute to internal and external subscribers and viewers. • Connected with and shadowed a decorated and well known housing/land realtor. • Revised and distributed student housing survey via UWSP administration/ email. • Monitored and operated as Administrator for 4 separate housing market groups via Facebook Marketplace. • Search and identify a potential intern for the 2022-23 UWSP school year. What I liked: I enjoyed viewing and being involved in the direct business of the Central Wisconsin housing market. Additionally, I like being able to develop and refine ways of marketing and communicating the company/brand.
