“They never fail to put a smile on my face when I’m here. ” “The staff at Spa City therapy have been wonderful. They are all caring people and fun to be around. The staff makes therapy fun, with daily questions on the whiteboard, to answering jeopardy questions on T.V. There was never a dull moment as I did my work out. I came to them out of surgery from a reverse shoulder replacement and they have helped me recuperate and get back the use of my arm. Each staff member is concerned about my progress and have come up with different solutions that have helped me get to the next level. The laser therapy has been a great help in my pain relief. Thank you Lee Sowerbutts and your wonderful staff for helping me through my shoulder surgery.” - Linda J.

3 “Wow!! What an incredible staff!” “Wow!! What an incredible staff at Village Golf PT. It was just my lucky day that a fellow Church member, who had already received treatment there advised me to give them a call. I talked to Scott and was told to come in that afternoon. From the first time I stepped in that door, I knew that I was in good hands with a caring and professional staff. I lost my range of motion with my left shoulder from an old injury (which I did nothing about), and then more recently fell on the golf course. Daily activities that I took for granted suddenly became impossible or very painful to perform. Now that twelve therapy sessions have passed with their incredible staff, I now have my range of motion back with my shoulder. I can now put my sport coat on, button up my shirt, and put my belt on without pain. Thank you Lee and the Village Golf Physical Therapy staff for helping me overcome the challenge of getting my shoulder back into the best shape in years.” - Michael P. 4 5 9 2

8 1 6 3 “I consider my therapy a success!” “The group of therapists and staff exhibited a professional and caring attitude at all times during my visits. The atmosphere was super friendly and respectful. It felt very comfortable. Everyone was willing to help all patients as needed. They answered my questions and continually asked about my progress. I was offered a trial of deep tissue laser therapy and decided to try this. I believe that it helped and would choose it again. My hamstring flexibility now allows me to bend at the knees and put socks on easier. The muscles in my back have strengthened. I consider my therapy a success, even though I am not back to my “old normal,” I am on the right track and will be able to continue many of the exercises at home. A great THANKS to all who contributed to my improvement. Keep on smiling and helping. You are special.” - Patricia Bona. 4 7 5 3 6 7 6 2 7 5 8 4

Remove damaged floor coverings or secure them well with double-sided tape, nails, etc. It’s important to have a flat, sturdy walkway. The best thing to do is to remove throw rugs. Put double-sided tape on them so they don’t slip. Higher chairs and armrests are helpful for easing into a sitting position.
