Driving continuous improvement The monitoring tools outlined above will allow us to recognise and celebrate examples of high quality performance. We are committed to supporting our members to learn and grow their knowledge and skillsets. Every Instructor Member will be required to complete an annual learning needs self-assessment to identify areas for development. The trends identified in this assessment will form the core content of a new MHFA England Instructor Development programme.
Engagement with the MHFA England Instructor Development programme will be a mandatory part of membership (replacing current CPD requirements) and Instructor Members will be required to log their learnings on their dashboard.
