The Lifestyle Studio is where you will choose all the external and internal colours, finishes and features for your new home, everything from your roof to all the rooms inside. We have two Lifestyle Studios – our flagship in Norwest and our Beresfield studio, servicing our customers in the Newcastle and Hunter regions. Both studios display our Luxe and Aspire standard inclusions along with thousands of upgrade options, all conveniently available in one location. Our Lifestyle Studio experience is personal by design. You will be guided through the process by your dedicated interior designer, your Style Consultant. They will help you select your external and internal colours, fixtures and fittings, including items such as your roof colour, tapware, garage door, paint colours and appliances. You will also attend tailored appointments with each of our Style Partners who specialise in key areas of the home such as kitchens, tiles, electrical, flooring, heating, cooling and more. Our Lifestyle Studios have been carefully curated to showcase the latest products and materials, offering a broad range of design options to personalise your home so it reflects your life, your style and your budget.
