Let’s do it! Parents working together with children

SCARECROW Reception and Nursery held a very busy 'Let's Do It Day' to start their Harvest celebrations. Parents, Grandparents and Carers attended to support their child in making a scarecrow out of all kinds of resources. Everyone rose to the challenge and we had some very artistic children (and grown ups) who created the most amazing scarecrows. Well done EYFS! ALL ABOUT ME Year 3 parents/carers were invited to spend time in school to work with their children to create a timeline of the child’s life so far. An enjoyable time was had by all. Everyone said it was great to get ‘stuck in’ and have the opportunity to work alongside their children, discussing the events and making new memories in the process. Timelines were presented in many different ways. It was a very creative and inspired session and parents, children and teachers all had a great day.
