Note: To ensure an enjoyable experience for all Zoom participants while maintaining the level of decorum necessary for Grand Lodge business, we have outlined the following guidelines: • Zoom participants are asked to log in 30 minutes before the start of the session • When entering the session, all microphones must be muted. This will be monitored by the host
• Screen names should be formatted as "Title, Full Name, and Lodge Number."
(Ex: Bro. Joshua Evans #114 or Worshipful Grand Chaplain Jeffrey Wiggins #7)
• Business or Masonic attire is required for Zoom participation. • Your camera and lighting should be adjusted so we can see your face. • Avoid multi - tasking and focus your attention on the session.
• Discussions and comments related to the Grand Lodge session should be made in the chat win- dow. Be courteous and stay on topic when making comments. • Please keep all comments and discussions respectful, or you may be removed. Arguments are ac- ceptable, but personal attacks are not. • "Raise your hand" by posting a brief note in the chat window ("Question" or "Comment"). Once recognized, the Zoom host will respond to your comment or question. • If you fail to follow these guidelines, you will be removed from the virtual session.
