Convention Policy for Registration and Hotel Reservations • Brothers, you are asked to pre-register as early as possible. Our planning for the Session requires that we have adequate knowledge of how many are attending so that preparations can be made to accommodate everyone. Room reservations may be made by calling the hotel at (225) 924-5000 before May 8, 2023. The session rate is $108.00

Session Registration •
The advanced registration begins now through May 15, 2023- $200.00, starting May 16, 2023, through May 31, 2023 - $225.00. From June 1, 2023, through June 4, 2023, registration will be $235.00. On-site registration will be$250.00 . The registration includes tickets for the Friday and Saturday luncheon and the Friday night Joint Banquet, as well as the reception after the Lodge of Sorrow and Queen’s Coronation. Extra banquet tickets will be available at the registration desk for $60.00. • We encourage you to register in advance. Please complete the enclosed registration card and mail it along with your check to: Prince Hall Grand Lodge, Post Office Box 2974, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70821 - 2974 Please note that the deadline for advance registration is Friday, May 31, 2023. You may also register by submitting your payment through PayPal at: mwphglla.grandsession@gmail.com Ad in Souvenir Journal • Lodges, chapters, and individuals that would like to take an “Ad” in the Souvenir Booklet should send information and appropriate fees by April 30, 2023 deadline . Preferred method of submitting ads is through the online souvenir journal submission portal (See link below).
