8SQMC Assembly Instructions

Parts List: In order of Use o Inflatable Bolster x 3 o Bolster Plugs x 3 o Bolster Plug Insertion Screw x1 o Steel Rod x 3 o Side Frames x 4 o U Shaped Top Bar x 1 o Nylon Lock Nuts x 4 o Lock Nut Protectors x 4 o Pole Finishing Caps x 6 o Long Frame Bolts x 4 o Top Hats x 8 (usually 4 orange, 4 black) o Saddle Washers x 8 o Large Thumb Wheels x 6 o Short Bolt x 2 o Star Washer x 2 o Chock Clips x 2 o Small Thumb Wheel x 2 o Elastic with Black Cap x 2

Use the supplied air pump to inflate all three coloured bolsters. Make sure they are firm but not over-inflated .

Parts Included in the Sub Pack of the box.

Push in one black ‘stopper’ using the bolt supplied into each bolster. Keep this bolt in a Safe Place for deflation when needed.

Three assembled bolsters with Rods and Stoppers

Insert the STEEL ROD into and through the bolsters. X3

Gather 4 Black Plastic Thumb-wheels . Attach one side frame ‘lower end’ to a bolster using one large, black plastic thumb-wheel .

* Repeat X4

Push in a small lock- nut to the plastic ‘ Nut Protector ’ as shown. *

Repeat step 6 until all four Thumb-wheels are attached to lower frame

Insert One U-Shaped Top Bar Handle into the left frame

* Repeat X2 for each side

Connect Left and Right frame sides by pushing the bolt through the second top hole and secure the bolt into to Nut with Protector.

Insert Long Bolts through upper and lower holes. Add a saddle washer, Top Hat Shaped Spacer then another saddle washer.

Tighten with the included key. Add End Finishing Caps to open holes, one each side

Completed for both left and right sides. You should have this now.

Rest the top bolster into the frame and pass the last rod through it.

Repeat this assembly at the bottom half of the frame.

Add a second Top Hat Roller, as shown, to the outside of the frame. Screw on a large black thumb-wheel, to finger tight .

Add a Top Hat Roller to the Rod, inside of the frame. Ensure it is installed as shown.

Snap on a plastic clip CHOCK CLIP around the Left Pole. It will fit!

With the included Short Bolt, slide a STAR WASHER on as shown.

Pass this bolt through the CHOCK from the INSIDE to Outside

Add a TRIANGLE thumbwheel to the Bolt end. This forms your first ‘chock’ and you will need to repeat the process on the Right Side

Thread the BLACK CAP end of the elastic behind the Assembly on

Then through the created loop, Pull up Tight.

Stretch the Elastic over the Upper Thumb Wheel – Adjust Chock to increase or decrease The Squash.
