Des soumissions scellées, clairement indiquées quant à leur contenu, seront reçues par la Corporation de la ville de Hawkesbury , 600 rue Higginson, Hawkesbury, Ontario, K6A 1H1 au bureau de la greffière, jusqu’à 15h00 heure locale, tel qu’enregistré par la ville. VENDREDI, 21 février 2014 Les travaux consistent principalement à fournir la main d’œuvre, l’équipement et les matériaux pour la construction de l’égout sanitaire et pluvial, de l’aqueduc et la reconstruction du boulevard Cartier, entre l’avenue Spence et la rue Gascon, et du boulevard Cécile, entre le boulevard Cartier et la rue Garneau. Le contrat inclus l’installation d’environ 2,000 mètres d’égout, 550 mètres d’aqueduc, 2,500 mètres cubes d’excavation de roche, 30,000 tonnes de gravier et 5,000 tonnes d’asphalte. Les documents complets de soumission peuvent être obtenus auprès de la ville de Hawkesbury, 600 rue Higginson, Hawkesbury, Ontario, K6A 1H1 ou auprès du bureau d’Ainley Group, 2724 chemin Fenton, Ottawa, Ontario, K1T 3T7 , suite au paiement non remboursable d’un montant de $100.00 plus $13.00 T.V.H., payable à la Corporation de la ville de Hawkesbury. Chaque soumission doit être accompagnée d’un dépôt de soumission sous forme de chèque certifié ou cautionnement de soumission au montant de deux cent mille dollars ($200,000.00). Les documents peuvent être consultés sans frais au bureau de la ville de Hawkesbury ou au bureau d’Ainley Group, sur rendez-vous. Les documents de soumission ne peuvent pas être enlevés de ces bureaux.
Tenders, that are sealed in an envelope and clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury , 600 Higginson Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario, K6A 1H1, at the clerk’s office, until 3:00 p.m. local time, as recorded by the Town, on: FRIDAY, February 21, 2014 The work generally consists of supplying labour, equipment and materials for construction of sanitary and storm sewers and watermain, and road reconstruction of Cartier Boulevard, from Spence Avenue to Gascon Street, and of Cécile Boulevard, from Cartier Boulevard to Garneau Street. The contract includes the installation of approximately 2,000 meters of sewer, 550 meters of watermain, 2,500 cubic meters of rock excavation, 30,000 tons of granular and 5,000 tons of asphalt. Complete tender documents may be obtained from the Town of Hawkesbury, 600 Higginson Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario, K6A 1H1 or from the office of Ainley Group, 2724 Fenton Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K1T 3T7 , upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $100.00 plus $13.00 H.S.T. per tender document set, payable to the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury.
Each tender must be accompanied by a tender deposit in the form of a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00).
Interested persons are asked to call to make an appointment to view or study the Tender Documents without payment at the Town of Hawkesbury Municipal Office or at the office of Ainley Group. The Tender Documents cannot be removed from either offices.

Tenders are subject to a formal contract being prepared and executed. The Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury, at its own discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any compliant or non-compliant tenders and advises that the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
No tenders shall be consideredby any contractor or supplier who has initiated, or is currently involved in a litigation process involving the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury.
