The post-holder will implement, monitor and analyse options in order to make final recommendations for any scope changes necessary to deliver the programme strategy and enable integration of necessary work streams; e.g. technological applications and property, to deliver successful outcomes. The post-holder will lead on defining, shaping and implementing a facilities management offer, working with partners and suppliers to meet the aims and needs of the organisation. The post-holder will act as the Contract Manager on behalf of the organisation, responsible for the performance of the relevant Estate and Facilities Management services delivered through partnership arrangements and external contracts. The post holder will manage the property, estates, facilities and wider support business as usual teams. Relationship Management The post-holder will act as a single point of contact both internally and externally for all property and facilities matters. The post-holder will maintain effective cross boundary relationships and ensure effective delivery of the development and implementation of plans and strategies which support work streams (e.g. through the design and articulation of appropriate data mapping activities). The post-holder will liaise with all relevant stakeholders and participants, including department, programme teams and external parties to ensure strong relationships underpin the successful delivery of strategies and associated work streams. The post-holder will keep all stakeholders informed and ensure the efficient dissemination of information. In particular, the post-holder will establish a good relationship with the Account Manager (Hampshire County Council) who leads the delivery of maintenance across the HFRS estate through a partnership arrangement. Of note, the post-holder will continue development of relationships with key emergency services partners; furthering the ambition to align estate strategies as far as possible. Information Management The post-holder will manage the collation and effective use of data and use this to make evidence based decisions.
