One of the biggest changes is how they’re inundated with marketing messages and how they now make buying decisions. Additionally, today’s consumers span several generations, each of which is affected by marketing very differently. So, for you to succeed in impacting consumers, you need to make your promotions more targeted, personal and visual in addition to leveraging platforms such as video and social media.
