MAKING WELLBEING VISIBLE

WELLBEING TEAM

Making wellbeing visible is a strategic goal for The Lakes in 2022. According to the Black Dog Institute, wellbeing is a heightened state that ’ s beyond just feeling happy or having good health. It ’ s a condition of flourishing, where we thrive in many aspects of our lives.

Teachers have been considering how they might promote the visibility of wellbeing within their classrooms. This week we encourage your family to consider how do you, or how might you, make wellbeing visible in:

your home,

your interactions with others, and

Wellbeing considers how we:

cultivate meaning and good relationships;

your interactions with the school.

use our strengths;

contribute to a ‘ greater ’ cause; and,
