Password Management

Instead of using the same password for different websites and services, maintaining a notepad document full of passwords, fumbling with sticky notes hidden under your keyboard and wracking your brain trying to remember what variation of password you've chosen, consider using a password manager to keep your secrets safe. A password manager is a service which can protect all of your passwords behind a master password and potentially a second factor (like an SMS or email code), generate secure random passwords and automatically fill out online forms for you if you choose to install a browser extension or service on your phone. Multifactor Authentication

Microsoft has stated that 90% of all account breaches could have been prevented if they were protected by multifactor authentication (also called 2FA). If you have the option to use phone/text/email or app based authentication it's a good way to protect your accounts and services; the baddies will need something you own as well as something you know.
