Kids First Bowling Camp • AGES 6-14 Coaches from Kids First Sports Safety, Inc. focus on teaching fundamentals and skills, bowling safety, techniques on throwing strikes/spares, bowling management, body balance, follow through, spin, ball placement, lane symbols, scoring, practice tips and sportsmanship. Kids First Flag Football Camp • AGES 6-14 Learn fundamentals and skills in preparation for the upcoming season in this non-contact, instructional camp conducted by Kids First Sports Safety, Inc. Experience a variety of drills to improve techniques and hone your purpose factors, body balance, blocking and tackling awareness skills. Campers are placed in smaller groups based on age and ability. Camp concludes with a championship game. In the event of a rainout, the remaining days of camp are extended. Choices may include baseball/softball, soccer, flag football, T-ball/Blast ball, kickball, dodgeball and balloon ball. In case of rainout, time will be added to the remaining days of camp.
