Kids First Softball Girls’ Fundamentals Camp • AGES 7-14 This camp challenges both new and experienced players using competitive softball drills and games that maximize player potential. Players learn skills in pitching, fielding, running, batting and throwing. Proper body balance and first-step directional movements are emphasized. Parents are invited to the championship game on the final day of camp. Players should bring their glove and a water bottle. Taught by Kids First Sports Safety, Inc. staff. Kids First Ultimate Frisbee® Fundamentals Camp • AGES 7-15 Ultimate Frisbee is one of the fastest growing sports in the country today. It is a simple team sport that has been described as a combination of football, soccer and basketball. Certified coaches prepare players to play, enjoy and be successful. Learn basic rules, how to throw and score points offensively and how to protect the goal defensively. Parents are invited to the championship match at the end of the last day. Campers will learn dynamic and creative ball skills and then demonstrate these skills during various fun activities and scrimmages. Players receive a NSA t-shirt.
