We stock accessibility hardware, so turnaround times for us to complete the installation to bring in entrance into compliance can be as quick as a couple days. Installing an accessible door opener is not something we would recommend owners to try and tackle, and recommend you leave that to the professionals.

During winter seasons, many owners encounter drafts from their doors. Do you have any recommendations on how to keep units warmer? Unfortunately we do not do repairs/maintenance on entry doors. The obvious solution to maintaining integrity is to assess the weather stripping at the bottom on the entry doors, and to replace worn down strips—due to supply chain problems, finding the proper sized weather stripping for any particular door is extremely difficult right now.
Installing a properly sized aluminum storm door can sometimes help with air loss.
Security has become a real concern over the last bit. Do you have any recommendations to improve security on your door without affecting too much change on the outside? There are stick - on (battery - operated) alarms that can be placed on the inside frames of doors but again are difficult to get right now. When replacing an entry door and there are security concerns, we recommend that homeowners upgrade to a steel framed, as opposed to wood framed door, as it makes it extremely difficult for anyone to try and enter by popping/ prying at the frame around the door ’ s lockset.
