Type of project: New Construction of a Public Library Size: 26,100 SF Preconstruction and construction management services for new one- story public library including all associated site improvements. The new facility included sustainable design and construction features for pursuing LEED Silver certification (pending). The new facility includes community rooms, book storage, public gardens, maker space, gallery space, kids exploration space, study rooms, a media room, offices, a stone facade on the exterior, and a under floor ventilation system.

Type of project: Interfaith Chapel Size: 1,500 SF

The interfaith chapel was constructed prominently in the center courtyard just off the main entrance of the active hospital. The tight logistics required high-priority communication with key personnel during construction. The freestanding chapel features a unique design including a very intricate roof truss design and a green roof. The Interfaith Chapel serves as a place where patients, families, students, and staff can seek respite and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

2222 Market stands 19-stories tall with 305,000 RSF. The office building features 10’ high ceilings throughout with floor-to-ceiling glass, multiple outdoor terrace amenities, flexible workspace planning, fitness center, and conference center. The building is specifically designed to have an extraordinarily light carbon footprint and will be seeking LEED-CS Gold and Fitwell certifications.

The BEST DEVELOPERS PROJECT of 2022 JMF Properties The American Morris Plains, NJ Centerpoint CenterPoint at Port Newark 49 Rutherford St., Newark, NJ Accurate Citizen Bayonne Bayonne, NJ

Size: 182,712 SF / 12.62 acres Construction management services for a three-story, plus par- tial basement, addition to the existing Center for Engineering, Education, and Research (CEER) located on the university’s main campus. The new addition will surround the existing building on three sides and will be constructed as the existing facility remains fully occupied and operational. The project includes office suites for college leadership and seven offices for engineering staff, multimedia room for college/industry meetings, Engineering Hub that will serve as the administrative home for the university, engineering career zone that includes a dedicated resource center for individual career planning and recruitment activities, engineering innovation lab that allows students to work on scalable real-world engineering projects, a large atrium foyer/lobby for receptions and assemblies, a newly enhanced CEER concourse, and student learning commons spaces for seminars, lectures, and university events.

Size: 616,000 SF Accurate expanded its Citizen brand of residential lifestyle communities in 2022 with the launch of Citizen Bayonne. With a first phase comprising 252 modern rental residences on Bayonne’s fast-growing waterfront, residents enjoy modern indoor and outdoor amenities, commuter convenience and spectacular views of New York Harbor and the lush greenery of the Bayonne Golf Club. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as well as a planned commuter ferry terminal with service to Manhattan. Residents can walk to Bayonne’s 34th Street and 45th Street Light Rail stations or hop on the complimentary shuttle to catch the PATH train in Jersey City.

Size: 143,000 SF The American is a collection of 125 luxury rental residences in historic Morris Plains. It delivers a new upscale housing product to the borough, one that emphasizes resident comfort, convenience, and day-to-day enjoyment. As part of the development process, JMF Properties created a new pedestrian walkway to connect The American and an adjoining neighborhood directly to downtown Morris Plains, where no connection was previously available. The walkway improves local infrastructure, enhances the down- town’s pedestrian-friendly character, and gives residents easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as the Morris Plains train station. Residents will also enjoy more than 20,000 SF of deluxe indoor and outdoor amenities.
