NAIOP NJ is a highly respected industry resource with 850+ members who benefit from unparalleled network - ing, education and professional development opportunities. The commercial real estate development association also is a key legislative and regulatory voice that speaks on behalf of the CRE sector, advocating for effective legislation and advancing responsible, sustainable development that bolsters the economy, creates jobs and improves the quality of life in the communities where its members work and live.
Type of Organization: Professional organization promoting the advancement of women in the CRE industry President: Krista Korinis, Global Installation Resources, LLC Number of members: 100+ Founded in 1982, CREW NJ (Commercial Real Estate Women) is the New Jersey chapter of the international CREW Network consisting of over 12,000 members in 75+ major global markets. Our members come from diverse fields and backgrounds, which provides CREW NJ with a remarkable depth and breadth of industry talent. They include both women and men in all roles involved in CRE: accountants, architects, appraisers, asset/property managers, attorneys, consultants, developers, engineers, lenders, leasing and sales brokers, mortgage bankers/brokers, marketing spe- cialists, market and investment analysts, corporate real estate representatives, title/escrow officers and more. CREW NJ’s four key initiatives consist of premier industry education, career / leadership development, networking and community service. Our chapter continues to come up with creative, safe ways to keep our members connected to both our local and global industry network, enabling them to exchange resources, business leads and expertise while continuing to cultivate their personal and professional relationships.

Led by President Jeffrey Greif, IOREBA currently has over 225 members throughout New Jersey and New York and is noted for their exceptional work as an association in the commercial real estate industry.
