Gifted by the CIPP board of directors
The recipient of this award is an energetic leader committed to payroll excellence and best practice standards. Originally a founding member of what is now the CIPP, she has worked her entire career to raise the profile of payroll within the UK, and support those coming into the industry.
She contributed to the development of the original Diploma in Payroll Management, the UK’s first qualification in payroll, which has since been developed into the Foundation Degree which exists today.

“I was very taken aback, honoured and delighted with being presented the Lifetime Achievement Award. “It has been an honour to work with the organisation from its beginnings and to see how it has grown and evolved to become the outstanding professional body that it is today. I am proud to be part of an organisation that develops and encourages its members to achieve higher standards within the payroll industry and to be recognised for my achievements and contributions in helping the Institute on this journey – and will certainly be ending my career of 47 years in payroll when I retire on a ‘high’.”
