THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Build strong business relationships with existing and new customers, offering an outstanding service to all • Create and maintain excellent relationships with a network of third party contacts including contractors, local community organisations and small business groups to promote the client’s brand and excellent track record of high occupancy and retaining customers through good management • Be visible and available to both customers and the client whenever required to ensure that the highest standards are upheld • Develop a management strategy plan for all allocated buildings including standard services and make recommendations for future management initiatives • Professional and engaging, and who can instil trust and confidence quickly with customers • Has a wider business and commercial understanding so that a customer specific approach and service can be offered • Comfortable working within a highly intense and changeable environment, and able to deliver high quality results within time constraints In particular we are looking for an individual who is: • Manage multi-tenanted offices, leisure and prime retail buildings on Regent Street and surrounding areas, maintaining, improving and developing the management of the properties to the highest standards • Establish and maintain excellent customer (tenant) and stakeholder relationships ABOUT YOU

• Continue to promote Regent Street as a ‘one stop shop’ destination environment whilst understanding the complexities of managing a mixture of both large corporate organisations and SME’s in busy multi-tenanted buildings • Make strategic recommendations for improving the rental value of client owned properties • Deal with sublettings, alterations and other tenant applications, and liaise with property agents / lawyers in accordance with instructions as specified in each assignment • Ensure all budgets and service charge reconciliations are accurate and delivered on time across the vast number of leases and customers both a strategic and reactive manner to ensure exacting service delivery standards are met • Be accountable for issuing the service charge budget for each property to tenants • Be a trusted advisor to The Crown Estate, working hand in glove with its Asset Management team by making concise, accurate reports and recommendations on a regular basis both formally and informally • Act as a key interface with customers in

This role would suit an experienced Property Management professional with a demonstrable track record of managing mixed portfolios including retail, leisure and office, who is looking for the opportunity to develop their career.

• Happy to make decisions on own initiative where needed, and who appreciates when to seek input from the client’s Asset Management team • Able to take a strategic and thoughtful approach but also be reactive, resourceful and quick thinking when required • MRICS qualified advantageous but not essential
