The study used a questionnaire to collect data in three specific areas: the relationship between job satisfaction and productivity, the relationship between staff performance and internal working environment, and the relationship between job satisfaction and salary and motivation. The research findings showed that there is a clear institutional policy stipulating the recruitment of holders of high qualifications, that there are employees in the network with great experience, and that the wages in the network give staff a sense of satisfaction. However, there is a feeling by some staff that functions within are not always distributed fairly. It was also found that whenever employees receive promotion and incentives their passion for work increases and performance improves, and when there is a policy of an annual increase of wages and salaries, there is a significant impact on job performance.
