The first chapter deals with the theoretical and methodological framework of the study, while the second chapter deals with the media and its role in shaping public opinion. The third chapter examines the interaction of the Arab world with the technological revolution in the field of information and communication, and the fourth chapter deals with the professional values adopted on the Al Jazeera online service. On the practical side, the study analyzes and interprets the data on the issues of Palestine, Sudan and Mauritania. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the technological revolution in the field of media and communication led to the emergence of a new actor in forming public opinion, which is the Internet. Although the percentage of Internet users in Arabic is still low, compared to other international languages, this medium still played an important role, and Al Jazeera.net has been instrumental in creating an Arab public opinion.
