The study is divided into two parts, the first, consists of four chapters, which lay out the theoretical and methodological approaches, introduce the procedures and analytical tools, and look into the nature of media training along with its objectives, principles and different types of training. The second part consists of three chapters and focuses specifically on the field-applied study. In these chapters, the researcher examines the answers offered by trainees and respondents taking part in the survey. He analyzes the collected data, discusses the research findings, draws the conclusions, and then suggests a set of recommendations for successful training institutions.
