LUXURY RESERVATIONS PROGRAM Enhance the guest reservations experience by providing a differentiated Luxury experience based on: story-telling and personalisation. This workshop will provide the reservations team with skills necessary to: • Capitalise on Hotel stories (product knowledge) in order to tailor the guest experience • Questioning techniques moving the reservations process from a transactional to a conversational approach 1 Day: 9:00am to 5:00pm Participants will have a one hour collective virtual coaching session 3 weeks after completing the program.
