OUR APPROACH

Your Crescendo’s mission is to empower leaders to pursue purpose in their business and careers. We leverage our proprietary approach that engages the purpose and impact of our clients as leaders in their project/role, business/career and purposeful lives. Doing so empowers them to bring an engaged and inspired presence to their role and their companies’ mission. It also enables them to lead high performing organizations and teams, develop and manage direct report associates, develop and execute go-to-market strategies to stimulate and sustain growth and drive business performance through purposeful and intentional focus and leadership.

Through this agreement, Your Crescendo will facilitate the dialogue to:

 ASSESS – Using our tools, diagnostics and client dialogues, we will assess current areas of impact and identify impact opportunities.  COLLABORATE - After aligning impact opportunities with personal priorities, collaborate to create a plan to grow impact and deliver targeted results.  EXECUTE - Execute action plan, monitor dashboard and grow impact.

YOUR FORTE

Each person’s optimal impact is made where their passions (what they love to do) meets their gifts (what they’re really good at) through their motives and rewards (what drives them). To apply this impact to a mission they can enthusiastically commit their lives to is being on purpose.

THE DELIVERABLE

Your Forte is a personalized strategic framework of your purpose empowered by your optimizing assets and the vision snapshots we cast to grow this impact. At the completion of Finding Your Forte, each participant will receive or complete a forte with the validated findings of the assessments and facilitated discussions that will be used as a strategic blueprint for their plan and execution. (2 nd and 3 rd phases). CLIENT COMMITMENT This approach requires that we establish a trusted advisor relationship through collaborative solution building, encouragement of progress and holding clients accountable to themselves.  DECISIONS – Ultimately all decisions are the responsibility of the client.  ACCOUNTABLE - We aim to hold clients accountable to themselves and their plans.  COMMITMENT TO EXECUTION – This program requires a personal commitment to drive changes that grow your impact and follow through on execution of action items. It is important for our client to make that commitment before we proceed. The client can count on Your Crescendo to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the relationship can only be granted by the client and the client agrees to do just that— have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the client believes that coaching is not working as desired, the client will immediately communicate that to the coach and both will take action to remedy the situation.

PROGRAM DESIGN AND APPROACH The Composing Your Masterpiece Program is executed in three phases: VISION Find Your Forte

The program begins with a series of assessment and discovery discussions aimed at identifying passions, strengths (gifts), motivations, purpose and desired impact. We then begin our process in sessions by first  Scoping in and out areas to include/exclude and focus on.  Sharing and review of previous assessments, diagnostics, evaluations and supplementing with other selected tools.  Setting and managing expectations.

PLAN Compose Your Masterpiece

Using the FORTE elements including the Vision Snapshots, during this phase we develop a plan to achieve the vision.

Each vision snapshot will drive a set of goals and action items that we will manage and hold our work accountable to.

Action Items - Identified and classified into Long, Medium and Short Term Time Horizons EXECUTE FOR IMPACT Play Your Crescendo

Execution occurs after the Finding Your Forte program has completed. (not included in Finding Your Forte program scope).

It includes checkpoints and support to:  Monitor / drive progress against plan.  Execute working sessions to drive further planning and action items in specific focus areas.

 Determine appropriate next steps  Review and update action items

Execution takes a different path for different clients based on their purpose, aspirations and targeted impact. Below are some of the areas that might be part of execution.  Career Forward Progress  Career Navigation and/or New Role Placement  Venture Conception, Strategy and Launch  Go-to-Market Strategy Development or Redesign  Business Operations and Execution  Brand Strategy and Execution KEY DELIVERABLE AND TOOLS The Composing Your Masterpiece program is designed to focus on development of a plan (Your Masterpiece) and begin monitoring its execution. This masterpiece is the primary deliverable for our work. While sections may shift based on the tools and focus of your program, the primary components will remain the same – Purpose or Long-Term Goal, Current State Assessment, Short-, Medium- and Long-Term visions, and goals with action items for those time horizons. A template is included for your review. It is only illustrative as each client’s masterpiece will be unique. The Finding Your Forte program is designed to grow the impact of the client in their projects, careers and purposeful lives. Participants will be given an individually accessed basecamp project for us to collaborate and manage their work. Only that individual and Your Crescendo will have access to that project (unless we elect to invite someone else which will be at the client’s discretion). We will use it as a plan / task management, document repository and issue discussion portal. PROGRAM ARRANGEMENT AND FEES The Finding Your Forte program is designed to occur through a series of 90-minute sessions after a number of assessments and diagnostics. Over the course of 6 months of bi-weekly sessions, it is expected that the participant will have a stronger sense of direction in terms of success in their role, performance in their career and living their purpose through it. The investment and program fees are $10,800 for the 6 month experience (or $2,000 per month). This will take each participant through the Finding Your Forte (Strategy), Composing Your Masterpiece (Plan) and Play Your Crescendo (Execution) phases. Under some circumstances, participants may opt for just the strategy and plan phases with the understanding that our targeted outcomes have been less certain when doing so in the past. This strategy and plan phase offering has an investment of $2,500.

There is also a peer group offering available depending on timing and target group fit.

CONFIDENTIALITY The coaching – client relationship requires a strict foundation of trust and Your Crescendo will make every effort reasonably possible to guard the relationship and discussions with the highest regard of discretion and confidentiality. All information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law. CLIENT SATISFACTION If at any time the client is dissatisfied with this coaching agreement during the arrangement period, he or she can request to terminate the relationship and receive a refund for paid, unused sessions. DISCLAIMER The above-named coach’s provision of services under this agreement does not constitute a determination of or diagnosis of an illness or plan of treatment. The coach is not a medical or psychological professional. If the client should need mental or physical healthcare treatment, the client agrees, with the help of a medical/healthcare professional, to seek out whatever medical treatment is necessary or required. The client certifies as follows:  I do not suffer from any physical or mental disability that might affect my participation in the coaching process. I promise and agree that if this should change, I will promptly advise the coach.  Your Crescendo is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages beyond the total amount of fees paid by the client.  I understand that this document contains all of the information given to me by Your Crescendo and all other representations or statements (prior or subsequent, whether oral or written) are superseded by this document.
