Chef Feri’s culinary foundation is rooted in Western cuisine, but his philosophy today is centered on simplicity. Rather than overcomplicating dishes, he believes in returning to the basics by allowing quality ingredients to shine. Inspired by a back-to-nature approach, he combines natural ingredients with influences from Indonesian culinary techniques and the evolving creativity of street food culture, creating dishes that are both approachable and distinctive.
