Derek “Myles” Coleman is a driven entrepreneur and dual-degree student currently pursuing his MBA while completing his undergraduate studies at UW-Stevens Point. He began his academic journey at Bethel University before transferring to UWSP, where he has been an active member of the campus community, including playing on the Pointers men’s basketball team and mentoring fellow students. Myles is the founder and operator of two business entities that manage the brand and business affairs of professional and collegiate athletes, as well as touring musical artists. His entrepreneurial journey began during his time at UWSP and has since evolved into a thriving career that allows him to support his family and travel globally with his clients. With a passion for leadership and service, Myles aspires to continue scaling his ventures post-graduation while remaining grounded in his values as a servant leader. He is committed to making a meaningful impact—especially in underserved communities—by creating access, sharing resources and inspiring youth to believe in their potential. Through the MBA program, Myles hopes to expand his network, gain insights from experienced professionals and continue growing as a leader. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys basketball, traveling, cooking and spending quality time with his family, girlfriend and their dog. Myles is known for his open-mindedness, strong work ethic and genuine interest in connecting with others. He brings a collaborative spirit and a deep sense of purpose to everything he does.
