Polina Cleveland is a senior user experience (UX) professional with a strong focus on aligning digital strategy with measurable business outcomes. She currently works at Connexus Credit Union, where she has spent more than eight years and leads and supports digital experience initiatives serving over 465,000 members. Her work centers on improving end-to-end digital journeys, simplifying complex financial processes and contributing to solutions that advance both member experience and organizational growth. Polina holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communication with a specialization in Public Relations from St. Petersburg State University of Cinema and Television. She also holds a UX Master Certification from Nielsen Norman Group, with concentrations in interaction design, UX management and UX research. She continues to expand her expertise through ongoing professional development in design leadership, research and digital strategy. Through the MBA program, Polina seeks to strengthen her leadership capabilities and deepen her ability to influence decision-making at the organizational level.
