Emma Fisher is an HR reporting analyst at Sentry, working in the HR Technologies work unit. Previously, she was a customer success representative intern at Skyward, Inc. where she worked with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the Skyward software and provide solutions to their customer service needs. This was achieved through meeting with customers through a variety of different communication platforms to assess and evaluate software functionality. Emma obtained a bachelor’s in business administration from UW-Stevens Point. What inspires Emma to continue her education is being able to have the opportunity to learn how to be the best version of a business professional, as well as learning more about how to facilitate a successful organizational environment. Emma aspires to develop a holistic viewpoint of how economics, finance, and marketing work together to successfully run a business. She is excited to learn how business analysts use market research to guide their strategic decisions for a company. She believes the UWSP MBA program will challenge her academically and professionally as she enhances her skills in analytics, communication, leadership and decision-making. Emma’s greatest professional dream is to work in a career that she both loves and has opportunity to advance. She hopes to one day lead projects and teams to success, making a positive impact on the world through her work. During her free time Emma enjoys playing her cello, both solo and in symphonies, as well as expressing her creative side through drawing and painting.
