Hilary Forrest is determined and passionate about leadership and education. She has experience working in a variety of positions such as lead administrative assistant, marketing manager and assistant track and field coach. She’s currently working towards her bachelor’s degree in business administration. Hilary strives to make a difference in the local community while completing her undergraduate degree. She is working as a behavior technician helping teach children with disabilities effective communication and emotional regulation skills. Her goal after graduation is to leverage her career in leadership while climbing the corporate ladder to executive roles. Hilary’s focus will be to apply effective leadership skills to drive organizational success. Another primary goal is to venture into academia as an associate professor to embrace her passion for education and share expertise with the next generation of leaders. To achieve these goals, Hilary plans to pursue a Ph.D. in a relevant field to delve deeper into her interests. Hilary is optimistic about the MBA program and plans to expand her professional network to establish connections that can open the door to new opportunities. She’s aiming to gain a deeper understanding of different leadership styles and improve her communication skills to make effective strategic decisions. Hilary hopes to impact her community by contributing to local businesses and organizations to foster economic growth and increase job opportunities. She is a collaborative and approachable team player who values diverse perspectives and is eager to learn more. Additionally, Hilary is committed to fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment for her peers. In her free time, she stays active and enjoys snowboarding, paddleboarding, wakeboarding, hiking, running, pickleball and photography.
