Kallie Kietzer is a 4+1 MBA student with a strong academic foundation in accounting and a focus on leadership development. She earned her undergraduate degree in accounting from UW-Stevens Point, where she was involved in the Accounting Club and Women in Business, strengthening both her technical skills and professional network. Her professional experience began with a high school internship at Ariens Co. in Accounts Receivable, where she gained early exposure to finance and developed strong time management skills while balancing school and work. During college, she completed an internship at Sentry in Internal Audit, where she strengthened her analytical skills and gained experience within risk analyzing software. After completing her MBA, Kallie plans to pursue her CPA license and is seeking opportunities that support professional growth and leadership development. She is especially interested in roles that may provide opportunities to travel and broaden her experience across different industries and environments. Through her MBA experience, Kallie aims to build confidence in strategic decision-making and strengthen her ability to lead diverse teams. She is focused on improving her ability to remain composed under pressure while adapting to complex business challenges. Kallie is passionate about community impact through mentorship. She hopes to create opportunities for young professionals by helping them build confidence, expand their knowledge and gain access to meaningful career paths. She believes mentorship is a key driver of personal and professional development. Outside of her academic and professional life, Kallie enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, hunting and fishing.
