Madeline Kasper leads in a variety of roles, she serves as president of Agency 81, Sentry School of Business and Economics student internship director, and game management assistant at UW-Stevens Point. In these positions, she leads a team to develop engaging solutions for client needs, works with hundreds of students to manage their internships, and coordinates various events. Madeline’s dedication to leadership has driven her to become involved in many areas within the university as she works to incorporate her past experiences with future opportunities. After starting her undergraduate degree, Madeline fell in love with the business program on campus and knew UWSP was her home. By joining the MBA program, she hopes to discover her leadership style and learn ways to effectively lead throughout her career. Pursuing an MBA will allow Madeline to stay connected to the Stevens Point community and give her the opportunity to network with area professionals. Growing up, Madeline has always been influenced by sports and the culture of competition. Having a passion for sports, she hopes the MBA program will help her achieve her ultimate goal of becoming a leader within the sports industry. She hopes to work for a team within the NBA to lead a within the sales and marketing department. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, watching sports and spending time with family and friends. One of her goals is to eventually travel to every NBA arena.
