Riley O’Connor is a driven and entrepreneurial student currently completing his final semester of a bachelor’s degree in business administration at UW-Stevens Point. With certifications in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), Riley has actively pursued opportunities to sharpen his leadership and communication skills, including his involvement in Toastmasters and participation in multiple pitch competitions. Professionally, Riley is the co-owner of Wausau Wash, a thriving service- based business in Wausau. Over the past three years, he has helped grow the company from a two-person operation to a team of seven, focusing on client outreach and sales. His commitment to community service is evident in Wausau Wash’s monthly initiative to provide free cleaning services to individuals in need. Riley’s ultimate goal is to continue working for himself while creating meaningful value for his community. Through the MBA program, he hopes to build lasting connections and gain deeper insights into business operations that will help him elevate his company and expand his entrepreneurial impact. Outside of business, Riley is passionate about the outdoors. He enjoys fishing during the warmer months and snowboarding at Granite Peak in the winter—a lifelong hobby that continues to bring him joy and balance.
