Ashley Kopp (she/her) is a passionate and energetic professional pursuing her MBA with a focus on leadership and organizational development. She earned her bachelor’s degree in health science and wellness with a minor in business administration from UW-Stevens Point, where she also competed as a member of the Pointers women’s volleyball team. Ashley’s career path reflects her deep commitment to athletics and youth development. She completed two summer internships at Muskego High School, supporting the Activities Office and leading summer weightlifting sessions. In spring 2025, she began working with the UWSP Athletics Department and will be serving as a graduate assistant, further preparing her for a future in collegiate sports administration. Her ultimate goal is to become a collegiate athletic director, leading athletic programs that inspire excellence and foster community. Ashley is driven by the positive role models who shaped her journey and hopes to create similar opportunities for future student-athletes. Through her MBA experience, Ashley aims to strengthen her leadership skills, explore effective management strategies and build lasting professional relationships. She is committed to making a positive impact in her community by promoting youth sports and creating environments where young athletes can thrive. Outside of her professional pursuits, Ashley enjoys playing volleyball, golfing and spending time with friends, family and her dog Maverick, a German Shepherd mix. Known for her outgoing nature and strong work ethic, Ashley brings enthusiasm and dedication to everything she does.
