Eric Neville is an operations supervisor at Marten Machining Inc. In this role, Eric leads, coaches and mentors several departments, as well as ensures the accuracy and completeness of sales orders. He graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science in General Resource Management. Since 2010, Eric has been working for Marten Machining, where he started his career in shipping and receiving. He believed this position would only be temporary as he was studying to become a full-time firefighter. It wasn’t long before Marten Machining began investing in him by providing him with new opportunities and job growth. He is excited to pair his hands-on experience with a formal education through the MBA program. Eric feels an MBA will give him the opportunity to continue challenging himself, as he believes in lifelong learning. He is curious to learn how various businesses operate and how they handle current challenges. Applying the skills he learns from the program will be utilized in his profession daily. Eric met his wife while attending UWSP. Given the couple’s science background, they are enticed by the art of brewing and enjoy experimenting with their own recipes. They have a daughter, son and dog which keep them on their toes. His family enjoys spending time in northern Wisconsin with extended family and friends, camping, boating and kayaking.
