Kendall Laridaen is a driven and community-oriented student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as part of a 4+1 MBA program, with plans to graduate in May 2025. She is an active member of the Women in Business organization and has demonstrated leadership as a student director for the internship program. Beyond academics, Kendall is deeply committed to her community and giving back through volunteering. Professionally, Kendall has gained valuable experience through an internship with Kalahari Resorts and Conventions, working across marketing, sales and catering departments. This role not only sharpened her skills in communication, organization and project management, but also fueled her passion for event planning and catering. With her MBA, Kendall aims to enhance her strategic thinking, leadership and decision-making abilities, preparing her for a career where she can lead teams and tackle complex challenges in the event planning industry. Inspired by her entrepreneurial parents, Kendall plans to combine her business knowledge and creative skills to craft meaningful, memorable experiences in her future career. She is passionate about building connections and strengthening communities. Outside of her studies and work, Kendall enjoys outdoor activities, staying active and spending quality time with family and friends. Through her MBA, she hopes to deepen her professional knowledge while fostering lasting relationships with peers and industry professionals.
