Charles Peth is the senior financial analyst for Lactalis Heritage Dairy. He is the primary analyst for Wausau site production and variable spending. He provides direct support to the controller, plant manager and operation leaders. Charles graduated from UW-La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics. Charles believes the knowledge and skills he develops through the MBA program will be valuable throughout his entire career, regardless of profession, and will be applied daily. The skills he develops will provide critical tools that will be needed to successfully navigate the continuous changes of any business environment. One of the main reasons Charles is pursuing an MBA is because he enjoys being lifelong learner. Charles thinks that the economic and technological environment of this generation demand a higher standard from its future leaders. He believes that by obtaining an MBA will help build the foundation needed to meet these expectations. The most exciting part about participating in the MBA program will be the collaboration with other students and professors. He anticipates learning a tremendous amount and looks forward to discussing business and economic issues with his peers. Charles is an avid golfer and fisherman, but any outdoor activity with his family is time well spent. Charles and his wife enjoy hiking anywhere scenic. Their 2-year- old daughter just started walking, so they are looking forward to exploring outside with her. They also like taking trips up north to experience peace and quiet, and to let the dog play in the lake.
