Ariel Spellman currently works as a business and market intelligence analyst and leads within the Women and Allies chapter of Employee Resource Groups at AIG. She graduated from UW-Stevens Point in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Throughout her time in the MBA program, Ariel hopes to strengthen her networking skills and gain competitive advantage for future career opportunities. She hopes to obtain an internship to gain more hands-on experience as she explores a new field. Her ultimate goal after graduation is to start her own traveling business to document the process and impacts of climate change across the country. Ariel strives to leverage her skills and knowledge to make a difference in her community through employee resource groups. She also volunteers within her community to bring people closer together. Ariel enjoys a variety of hobbies in her free time including crocheting, camping, painting and photography. She looks forward to engaging with other candidates and encourages her peers to connect during courses.
