Adam Bartlett has a strong background in accounting, finance, and financial leadership. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from UW- Milwaukee in 2014, completing a double major in accounting and finance. His academic training provided a strong foundation in financial analysis and accounting principles that have guided his career. Adam began his career at Wipfli LLP, a CPA firm in Central Wisconsin, where he spent seven years providing tax and attestation services primarily for manufacturing clients. This role helped him develop strong technical accounting skills and client-facing experience across multiple industries. He then joined County Materials Corporation in Marathon City as assistant controller. Over five years, he advanced through leadership roles, becoming Controller and currently serving as director of financial planning and analysis, where he focuses on financial strategy, planning and operational performance. In addition to his professional work, Adam served his community through volunteer roles on the board of directors for the Stevens Point Legion Post 6 Baseball Program and Indianhead Golf Course. After completing his MBA, Adam plans to continue advancing into higher leadership roles within his organization. He aims to apply his expanded business knowledge to strengthen company performance, support team development and contribute to long-term organizational success. Through his MBA experience, Adam hopes to strengthen his strategic thinking, improve his ability to analyze complex business challenges and enhance his leadership skills. He is focused on becoming a more effective leader who can support and develop teams while driving practical, results-oriented decision- making. Adam is passionate about encouraging young professionals to pursue career opportunities in Central Wisconsin and remain engaged in their local communities. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing at Stevens Point Country Club, following the Detroit Lions and staying active in community organizations.
