Scott Cisewski has held a variety of roles leading different teams to success. He is currently employed as a district sales leader at Frito-Lay where he works with a frontline team and zone operations to meet target sales goals. He also oversees a district of mass merchandisers, supermarket channels, and works closely with regional accounts to drive Frito-Lay’s market share. As he enters the MBA program, Scott hopes to unlock a new level of leadership in both his professional and personal life. As a lifelong learner, his drive for continuous improvement shines through as he looks for opportunities to expand his knowledge base. He aspires to have an impact on those around him by becoming a role model for the next generation of leaders. Scott’s greatest professional goal is to start an annual scholarship fund to give back to the community. Outside of his professional life, Scott is an avid outdoorsman and tries to be outside as much as possible. His hobbies include golfing, cooking, and DIY projects. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends while raising his daughter.
