Taylor Bartlett’s academic and professional background reflects experience in law, insurance and leadership. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from UW-Stevens Point. She also holds an insurance adjuster license and the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation. Taylor began her career in the legal field as a legal assistant at a personal injury law firm, where she advanced to litigation paralegal. In this role, she gained experience in case management, client advocacy and legal processes. She later worked at an estate planning and transactional law firm, expanding her legal expertise across multiple practice areas. She transitioned into the insurance industry with Sentry, starting in subrogation before moving into commercial liability. Taylor continued to grow within the organization and currently serves as a claims manager, where she leads a team of technical adjusters across multiple business segments. After completing her MBA, Taylor aims to use her leadership experience and technical knowledge to drive organizational strategy focused on profitability, innovation and inclusive culture. She also hopes to serve as a role model for future women leaders in the industry. Through her MBA experience, she seeks to strengthen her business acumen, improve data-driven decision-making and further develop her leadership and emotional intelligence skills. She is also passionate about mentoring women in business and supporting the development and retention of young professionals in Central Wisconsin. Outside of her professional and academic life, Taylor enjoys cooking, baking, painting, traveling—especially beach vacations—and spending time with her pugs.
