Here at the Luna Grill Restaurant we work with ingredients of the highest quality andwith a sustainable vision of perfection for those that we serve. Our extensive menu offers our guests the opportunity to experience both Costa Rican fare as well as International Cuisine, all made from local products, with many of them grown and harvested onsite right here at The Casa Luna Hotel & Spa facilities. We have an organic vegetable garden where a large quantity of the vegetables used in our recipes are produced with organic fertilizers without any type of chemicals; fresh lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, cilantro, among others as well as fresh fish (Tilapia and Shrimp) that are produced and harvested right here on our property, and that are a part of our internal agricultural production that allows us to offer 100% natural organic products for our guests ~~ always fresh for your health and enjoyment. We also offer the highest quality locally grown (aged) Beef, Chicken and Pork from selected producers.
