Permanent End To Low-Back Pain & Sciatica

Now is the time for Resolutions. Maybe you will get some ideas for your own resolutions after reading ours or you will just get to know us a little better! Do You Want to Know What Our New Year’s Resolutions Are At OBTS?

Heather- My New Year’s Resolution for 2017 is to remove as many processed food items frommy family’s diets and replace themwith “clean” and organic food options so that we can live healthier and happier lives.  Joe- Have less energy drinks daily.

Tara- Make healthier choices and to get fit. Angie- Lose weight and exercise more.

Danni- To be more organized, eat less sugar, and go to bed earlier. Trina- For the New Year of 2017, I want to be even more focused on my career as I continue my Physical Therapist Assistant schooling. Because I will be graduating the following year in 2018, I need to start looking into my future, what I want to do, where I want to go with it, and where I want to live after I graduate. Even though it’s a year away, I need to figure it all out throughout the course of 2017. I also, along with many others, am going to continue staying and eating healthy, along with being more active than I have been in the past. I want to live a long healthy and happy life, and am looking forward to 2017. Meghan- Get back to working out and volunteer more. Erica- I hope to be a better mother in 2017.  I need to accept that some things can wait because my children will only be young once. Jenn- I don’t really do New Year’s Resolutions because I feel like if you really want to be able to do something it shouldn’t take the new year to do it. But hey! I’m going to say that this year I will try to do something new every month. It could be a new food, a new hobby or gain a new friend. Ana - Do more for 2017. Laugh more (a lot more), Live more (take risks), Give More (community), Be more active (wink, wink!). Make mistakes and learn from them. And most especially Love More (lots and lots more).

Dr. Todd- To make it through 2017. Steph- To be more giving.

Sachelle- To do one good deed a day for the entire year. Noel- My New Year’s resolution is to stick to my resolutions. Arlan- Read one book a week, and stick with my daily 30 minute exercise routine. Val- Lose weight before my wedding day!
